Part of the leisure centre in the heart of the Bauges mountains, this holiday park is in a luxurious green setting on the banks of a magnificent lake.
The centre also has a dining room, reception with bar, a multi-puropose room and a meeting room.
The L'Eau Vive center welcomes you to an environment that combines a gentle way of life, in the heart of its lakes and forest, and outdoor activities, thanks to the leisure center: tennis, aqua fun area, wakeboarding, water games, etc.

In winter, the center is close to the Aillons-Margériaz ski resort, renowned for its excellent snow conditions.

It's also a great place to discover the local heritage and gastronomy.

- Astronomy, thanks to the beautiful starry skies of the Bauges.
- Sailing, thanks to the proximity of the lake bordering the center's property.
